HR Operations Specialist (60%-80%)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. 

In this role, you'll play a crucial operational role in shaping the employee experience across our offices in Switzerland, Germany, and the US.  

You’ll own or support a wide range of HR processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations at every stage of the employee lifecycle. 


What You Will Do  

  • Manage monthly payroll processes across Switzerland, Germany, and the US in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.  

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and data across HR systems, supporting legal and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR).  

  • Support benefits administration and help optimize global compensation and perks offerings.  

  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and supporting hiring teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience.  

  • Lead operational onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and professional start for new employees.  

  • Support employee lifecycle changes including promotions, contract amendments, relocations, and leave tracking.  

  • Collaborate across regions and time zones to align HR operations, balancing global consistency with local compliance.  


Who You Are


  • You have at least 5 years of experience in HR operations. 

  • A strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance systems and Swiss labor law is mandatory. 

  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. 

  • You possess strong interpersonal abilities and can adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. 

  • You are proactive and energetic, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 

  • Experience with U.S. HR practices is considered a strong plus. 

  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
