As a Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in establishing trust and admiration from our US customers by ensuring high-quality deployment of our platform.
The Platform Team is the backbone of Neural Concept’s customer satisfaction and is responsible for our SaaS infrastructure, IT security, licensing, and customer deployments. We are a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering optimal solutions tailored to each customer's enterprise setup. Utilizing a robust tech stack, including Kubernetes, HPC, Cloud, and Docker, we manage a combination of app microservices and GPU workloads at scale.
Design and Deploy Solutions: Work closely with large enterprise companies to design and deliver solutions that integrate Neural Concept’s AI-powered technology within existing Cloud and HPC infrastructure.
Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers to define and deploy custom platform architectures, ensuring all product features are available in tailored cloud or hybrid environments.
Collaborate with Development Team: Continuously improve the software architecture and modularity for seamless deployment across various environments.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that product and deployment architectures meet all security and data confidentiality requirements.
Innovate and Learn: Explore new technologies to keep our platform cutting-edge and share your expertise through documentation and presentations.
You have a strong background in deploying software solutions across various environments.
You have a proven track record using Kubernetes, Singularity, and/or Docker.
You have a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or another relevant field (mandatory).
You have a proven track record of working directly with customers, understanding their unique needs, and translating those needs into effective technical solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner ensures that customers feel confident and supported throughout the deployment process.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, and understanding of distributed computing and virtual networking.
Expertise in managing cloud resources with a focus on security and performance best practices.
Knowledge of tools and standards like Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Slurm, PBS, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
A passion for solving complex problems, working in a team, and making a real-world impact.
Strong communication skills and enjoy sharing your work through documentation or blog posts.
